Our Mortgages Tribe is at the forefront of shaping strategy and driving performance across the mortgages business. As part of the multi-year Mortgages program, we’re reimagining how ING originates mortgages through a series of strategic initiatives.

We’re looking for a PMO Manager with proven experience owning and managing project financials to join the Mortgages project team. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring financial accountability and governance support, across a complex transformation landscape.

What you’ll do

  • Own all aspects of project financial management including project forecasting, cost control and tracking, variance analysis, reporting, resource allocation and invoice processing
  • Ensure accuracy of data and timely inputs to ING financial management systems to enable accurate reporting and executive commentary in line with Transformance Office guidelines.
  • Manage procurement activities including contract execution and act as point of contact for vendors.
  • Partner and collaborate with Business, Technology, vendors and stakeholders.
  • Provide project governance support to the project team as required including status reporting, Steering Committee presentations and RAIDD register management.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years’ experience in project management or PMO roles, with a strong focus on ownership of project financial management.
  • Fastidious organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage concurrent deadlines in a demanding environment.
  • Outstanding communication, both verbal and written, with experience managing stakeholders of all levels. 
  • Direct vendor management experience.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable with experience navigating an ambiguous work environment.
  • Commercial acumen and problem solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and the MS office suite of tools.,
