The Tribe Daily Banking & Client First, within the Branch Operations & Sales area, is looking for a Cost Controller.

In your role as Cost Controller you will focus on all finance related support required within Retail. You will report to the Expert lead Branch Mobile Sales & Business Intelligence.

A Day in the Life of a Cost Controller

As a Change Expert with focus on finance related support you will be the main point of contact for all budget related questions and to do’s Retail specifically, you will be in charge to:

As a Cost Controller, you will focus on:

·Monitor the follow-up of the actual expenses monthly, based on Finance & HR data (FTE, inflow/outflow, direct expenses, ICO expenses)

·Forecast the evolution of the workforce & costs, incl. monthly update

·Prepare recurrent DP discussions (centralize requests, supporting storyline, ...)

·Coordinate and optimize the yearly cost allocation exercise

·Optimize PO management

·Coordinate changes in the HR/Finance structure where needed

·Actively collaborate with all internal stakeholders involved (SCL’s, Expert Leads, Finance, HR), incl. professional advice on optimization where needed and/or possible

·Play a crucial role in supporting the successful achievement of our commercial growth objectives in the statutory branch network.
