We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic CyberRecovery Operations Engineer.

The CR Service Operations Engineer is responsible for maintaining and operating secure, regulated, and air-gapped infrastructure environments. This role focuses on automation, observability, and operational excellence across backup, monitoring, and network security domains. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure service continuity, infrastructure integrity, and compliance with internal standards.

To succed in the role, you should have…

• Proven experience in Linux and Windows system administration
• Strong proficiency in automation using Ansible and Python, including playbook development and integration with operational workflows
• Solid understanding of observability and monitoring, with hands-on experience in Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry
• Ability to consume and integrate REST APIs for orchestration, data extraction, and automation
• Familiarity with network security operations, including configuration and troubleshooting of Palo Alto firewalls
• Understanding of backup lifecycle, including retention, integrity validation, and recovery coordination
• Fluent in English, with strong documentation and remote collaboration skills

Nice to have

• Experience coordinating hardware lifecycle events (installation, upgrades, decommissioning)
• Familiarity with identity and access management (Active Directory, PKI, certificate lifecycle)
• Exposure to storage systems (block, object, or database-level) and backup workflows
• Knowledge of Oracle Exadata and Zero Data Loss Recovery Appliance (ZDLRA) platforms, especially in relation to backup and recovery operations
• Experience operating in air-gapped or highly regulated environments, including patching, configuration, and recovery exercises
• Experience with Ansible AWX
• Experience with operational reporting workflows
• Familiarity with disconnected WSUS environments
• Ability to contribute to operational playbooks
• Agile mindset and experience working in cross-functional teams
