CJE eSigning & Authorization - WB Digital Delivery Management

As a customer journey expert within the e-Signing & Authorization squad, you are responsible for designing, validating and testing journeys where digital signing or consent are needed. You are capable of understanding complex journeys with multiple stakeholders involved. You will act as a CJE designing journeys across multiple teams and business areas in Wholesale Banking.

Your role & work environment

You work within the Wholesale Banking Digital Delivery Management tribe. The purpose of the tribe is to become the best digital Wholesale bank by delivering an industry leading and consistent digital customer experience across all ING touch points. The Tribe is responsible for the delivery of all digital touch points where Wholesale Banking Clients (the employees of the clients) engage with ING. This includes interactions across different devices, from smartphones to desktop, and various channels including the mobile app, host 2 host channels, internet banking and websites. Our clients are spread across 40 countries and use our channels to find information, buy products and for servicing.

As the CJE you will work according to the ING Agile way of working as part of the Connectivity and e-signing product area.

Your key responsibilities

As a Customer Journey Expert

  • You are representing the voice of the customer, have a strong vision on how to attract consumers and focus on continuously improving the journeys we are offering.

  • You use your testing skills to verify changes made in the journey and/or screens.

  • You are business owner of the Digital solutions in scope of your squad. As such you are responsible for designing, developing & operating the Digital solutions for our clients that allows them to stay a step ahead in life and business;

  • You are capable of understanding complex data structure and understand the impact of a functional requirement.

  • You find it easy to align between different squad in order to achieve a common goal.

  • You support the development, implementation and communication of the roadmap

  • You co-manage and prioritize the backlog at the level of user stories, derived from features

  • You define business requirements for the development of products and services in the Digital Channels scope and play a supporting role in the QBR

  • You apply your experience in supporting to build and manage the products with an end-to-end mindset, including the needed COPAF design and implementation and business operations and services

  • You play an active role in design sprints, know how to create a customer journey and belonging personas.

  • You have analytical skills and takes decisions based on data and facts

  • You are a pro-active thinker

  • You work with Risk, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders, to make sure our products and services comply with regulation and policies

  • You are creative and an out-of-the box thinker who likes to work in a multidisciplinary team in an agile environment

What you will do as a Customer Journey Expert

  • You will translate business-, legal- or technical requirements into journeys.

  • You will design together with our UX college the needed screens.

  • You will detail out existing journeys and/or screens in case of any issue

  • You will functional test deliverables before it can go to production
