An energetic CJE with a passion for online content. You love working on our content strategy every day and helping customers and CMS users. You have a creative mind and strategic insight. You are decisive and enjoy working with UX and users to further optimize content quality. Do you love achieving results and have a think & do mentality? Then read on!

The team and your work environment

You will be working in the tribe Digital & Assisted Channels & Customer Interactions NL. Our tribe strives to ensure that ING is always relevant to the customer. Our goal: to provide every customer with the right content, product, and service at the right time. You will work in the 'Content Specialists' team (squad). Our team is the business owner of the Bloomreach content management system and a DAM. Content creation and management are as decentralized as possible. Our team develops new features for the CMS in close collaboration with business squads, UX, and IT, and is committed to improving content quality. This team also explores the possibilities of using AI for content creation.

What will you do?

As a content specialist, you position yourself as a content expert and advisor for team members and colleagues throughout the organization. You oversee the website and content on other touchpoints, such as the mobile app. You have an overview of the overall quality of the published content. You strive to continuously provide the customer with a consistent, high-quality, and personalized experience. In your role, you have a lot of contact with the business squads in our own tribe and those of the product tribes. You involve them in your advice and recommendations based on your vision of content.

In summary, you can think of tasks such as:

  • Activating tribes to take up content lifecycle management. We are looking for someone who can involve the organization and convince them of the importance of content lifecycle management and its value for the customer, as well as the value for colleagues who create content.
  • Content Quality: create and share a vision on content, and set up a content scan that CJEs can work with.
  • Presenting and giving workshops/training.
  • Contributing to GenAI-driven content creation solutions based on your vision of content quality.

What can you do?

You combine your CMS knowledge and vision on content to achieve our common goal: to show consistent and relevant content on ING's various touchpoints. You bring knowledge of content optimization tools and experience in implementing these tools in an organization. You are someone who can convince the organization, partly in intensive collaboration with UX and Communication. In summary, we expect the following from you:

  • You have completed at least a bachelor's degree
  • Extensive experience with Content Management Systems and DAMs, Bloomreach is a plus
  • You have an affinity with IT
  • Experience with content strategy, content lifecycle management, and taxonomies
  • You enjoy working in a multidisciplinary team
  • You are analytically strong and make decisions based on data and facts
  • You are customer-oriented and can translate this into concrete customer solutions
  • You are communicatively and organizationally strong
  • You are a native Dutch speaker (you have excellent command of the language) and you have a good command of the English language, both spoken and written
  • You are curious and have the ambition to continuously develop yourself
  • You actively ask for help and feedback and dare to give feedback
