Job Description:

The Analyst is responsible for the analysis, interpretation and processing of the foreclosure documents notified to the Bank. In particular, he/she has to read and interpretate the foreclosure deed, distinguishing between Foreclosure from Institution and Foreclosure from Court, respecting the mandatory deadlines for the regulatory obligations, communicating with the Authorities and the creditor's lawyers both in person and through -mail/pec/phone. The analyst must also analyze and identify other documents that may reach the Bank such as suspension, reduction, waiver, facilitated declaration and assignment (institutions provided for by law). It also collaborates with the other departments of the Bank as part of a process of sharing customer information, aimed at complying with sector regulations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Management of foreclosure documents, through in-depth reading and interpretation of the same, as well as concrete operations on the relationships registered in the customer's name, in compliance with what is legally required (for example blocking of products, forwarding of declarations to the Authorities etc.);

  • Control and reporting activities envisaged for each individual process step type of activity;

  • Timely involvement of the Legal/Compliance/Anti-Money Laundering functions through a formal written opinion for the management of particular cases.

Educational and experience Qualifications:

  • A degree in law or equivalent culture is preferred;

  • At least two years' experience in a similar role in other banking entities.

Technical, Language and other Specialized Skills

  • Use of banking applications for the management of documents/deeds;

  • Good knowledge of the Office package.

  • Good knowledge of the English language, spoken and written.

Other skills:

  • Punctuality and precision.

  • Excellent analytical and in-depth skills.

  • Good communication skills with different stakeholders of different levels (such as authorities, lawyers, etc.);

  • Good interpersonal relationship skills.

  • Result orientation.

  • Problem solving.

Working conditions: Full Time

Duration: Permanent
