ING’s independent network includes over 60 structures, managing 100 branches, and nearly 800 bankers, serving 1.5 million clients — more than half of ING Belgium’s customer base. To support this key growth engine, the Tribe Daily Banking & Client First is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join its central team.

The Central team Indpendent Network is responsible for financial steering, commercial monitoring, and managing the agent commission model. Your role will be central to ensure data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Contribute to resolving incidents related to commission calculations and payments.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders: Tribe management, independent agents, account managers, and central team colleagues.
  • Build and maintain strategic dashboards to support network performance monitoring.

What You Bring

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in data analysis (e.g., SQL, SAS, Excel, Cognos, Power BI).
  • Ability to translate business questions into clear analytical approaches and present results in a visually accessible way.
  • A proactive, responsible mindset and strong team spirit.
  • Willingness to work 50% of your time from our Brussels office.
  • Fluency in English and either French or Dutch
