Mission

We started within Finance & Control unit from ING Romania a very ambitions transformation program for the entire Finance organization for the next 2 years, where we will focus our attention on digitalization, automation, and data management.

In this respect, we have in plan a lot of changes and we are looking to find new colleagues that can manage a part of these projects and bring change & finance knowledge within our Change organization dedicated for Finance domain.

Your day-to-day

  • Analyze requirements received from Authorities, Business or Finance related to the Regulatory and Management Accounting reports and understand the impact, first from the economical point of view and from technical point of view.

  • Coordination role for implementing all changes from the reporting point of view: analyzing the legal requirements specific for reporting, design new process related to the new report if the case, prepare the change documentations, the technical change request and the implementation.

  • Single Point of Contact (“SPOC”) for IT development team & external service provider related to finance changes in respect with accounting requirements.

  • Business analysis regarding the banking systems together with the technical analysis for identifying the specifications that should be requested to be developed or implemented.

  • Analyze all specific legal requirements (Local, Group, EBA, ECB, etc).

  • Analyze and develop reporting policies and procedures (new & updates).

What you bring to the team

  • Relevant experience within Finance Regulatory /Management Accounting reporting in banking.

  • BIG 4 experience on financial services Clients, internal audit or operational risk management experience will be a plus.

  • Experience and knowledge of Regulatory and Management Accounting Reporting requirements for banking products and services.

  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in a continuously dynamic situation.

  • Very well organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.

  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills.

  • Team player and with good communication skills.
