We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (Customer Journey Expert) within the Mobile team that’s responsible for the investments functionality in the ING app. The team’s ambition is to offer a world-class mobile experience for all our investment products, with a global perspective. These products range from Zelf op de Beurs to Vermogensbeheer.

What you will do

We’re looking for a colleague that has the skills, knowledge and drive to help realize our mobile ambition. You will work in a multidisciplinary team with engineers, user experience designers and fellow Product Managers (Customer Journey Experts).

• As a Senior Product Manager, you’re the guardian of ING’s mobile experience for investments, playing an important role in determining what will be built and how
• Together with the Product Lead, you will translate ING’s global growth ambitions for investments to a concrete and actionable mobile roadmap
• You will align with our stakeholders on that roadmap, and make sure we create a unified plan
• With the other CJE’s, you will manage the roadmap for the two mobile teams, creating focus and priorities that drive our delivery
• That way, you will improve the investments offering in the app by implementing new app features, measuring how those features are used and experienced by our clients, and continuously improve existing ones
• You will test, validate and improve our existing features and journeys
• You will manage the app release cycle, the testing process needed to release and manage incidents related to your scope.

What you bring

• You are passionate about mobile banking and investments
• You have experience working in a multidisciplinary team with engineers, UX and CJEs
• You have worked in mobile delivery teams for at least 3 years, as a product owner or equivalent role
• You are structured, well-organized, and enjoy managing multiple activities at the same time, such as fixing a production incident, testing a new feature and preparing to design and validate a new journey
• You’re passionate about using analytics to base decisions on customer data, creating and maintaining dashboards, running experiments, and A-B testing
• You focus on both strategy and delivery, and bridge the gap between business and tech. That means you feel at home discussing business strategy with stakeholders, designing features with UX and commercial teams, and refining features with the mobile engineers
• You have experience managing multiple senior stakeholders
• You can translate business requirements to implementable features, together with UX, CJE’s and engineers with the end goal of creating and improving mobile customer journeys with a focus on customer experience

Important qualities for this position

• Experience in Product Development, Digital/Mobile Marketing, Service Design and Delivery/Implementation
• Strong affinity and experience with Lean and Agile way of working
• Capable of acting as connector between squads and stakeholders
• A combination of commercial mindset and business-to-IT experience
• Master's Degree or similar experience level
