Mission

You will be the senior marketing specialist in the Advisory Channels area. You will be responsible for the communication strategy around Retail business products, both internal and external. The execution of the strategy varies from communication around new features, new releases, regular social media & content presence to acquisition campaigns.

It is essential to have an understanding of marketing campaigns processes and experience in managing multiple stakeholders and agencies.

You will work in close relations with Head of Network (supervising the face-to-face selling and advisory processes), Head of Digital Sales (building a full digital portfolio for future growth) and Head of B2B2C (for grasping many opportunities derived from salary conventions – both company owners and their employees and a relevant & diverse range of partnerships).

Your day to day

  • Planning and executing a consistent and timely go-to-market communication strategy for the digital portfolio, while sustaining the communication needs for the ING Office Network acquired customers

  • Partner with Performance Team to drive the digital communication acting as a liaison with the Marketing Strategy for a consistent positioning, messaging and compelling storytelling (be it in briefs, campaigns, presentations, etc.)

  • Brief and manage a multiple range of marketing campaigns, big and small, to support our local visibility, as per agreed budget & plan

  • Have a deep understanding of the local specificity & bring your expertise when ING decides to invest to increase our local awareness in a certain area

  • Provide the marketing campaign materials (printed or other channel) to ING network (all network or individual for one office) at request - day to day running campaigns with support from BTL for special formats and projects

  • Update the marketing materials when needed & liaise with the Marketing Strategy team for specific materials, as per expertise involved

  • Support the B2B2C team to run campaigns in portfolio & partner with the BTL / Brand Experience manager to organize special activations in companies

  • Support the B2B2C team to run digital campaigns (promotion of the dedicated ING landing pages, digital campaigns, ongoing campaigns in portfolio)

  • Sustain local specific needs derived from a series of changes in the Network of ING Offices – new openings, address changes, closings etc

  • Partnering with our Agencies to find fun, relevant and innovative ways to communicate around business needs

  • Budget planning, forecasting and follow-up experience

  • Drive quarterly QBR marketing strategy and campaign planning

  • Being the eyes and ears of our business teams when it comes to retail products– gather actionable insights from social media, the contact support team, app stores, etc.

What you bring to the team

  • At least 10 years’ experience in relationship & digital marketing, preferably at a retail company

  • Proven track record of successful 360 Marketing campaigns & trade marketing activations

  • Experience in working with different digital platforms and social media and using them in campaigns

  • Excellent copy writing skills

  • Experience in developing marketing strategies and executing them

  • Experience in delivering marketing campaigns, both on- and offline

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time and projects efficiently with multiple stakeholders and agencies

  • Goal-oriented, organized, team player

  • Self-motivated and self-directed

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
