Join our team as a personalization Data analyst intern!

Are you passionate about data and customer engagement? As an intern in our personalization product team, you'll be an integral part of the cockpit squad, responsible for managing interactions with our customers through both inbound and outbound channels.

What you'll do:

  • Analyze customer behavior: Use data-driven insights to understand and engage with our customers effectively.

  • Build dashboards: Create and maintain dashboards in Cognos or Power BI to track and follow up on current actions.

  • Guide stakeholders: Assist in navigating our communications process to ensure smooth and effective interactions.
