The Mission

As a CJE, your mission is to play a contributing role in driving our organization’s transition to a cloud-first technology landscape. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution by translating complex requirements into actionable solutions that support our cloud migration strategy. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including  architects, engineers, and business stakeholders, you will analyze existing systems, define cloud-oriented processes, and ensure alignment between enterprise goals and technology deliverables. Your insight and  will be key in shaping scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that accelerate our journey to the cloud.

Your day to day
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather, document, and analyze  requirements.
• Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of data pipelines and integration solutions.
• Monitor and maintain data quality, consistency, and governance across various systems.
• Create and maintain documentation related to data models, data flow diagrams, and system interfaces.
• Identify data issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them in a timely manner.
•Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and translate data needs into technical requirements.
•Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and  engineering teams to ensure alignment on technical solutions and project goals.


What you’ll bring to the team

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a technical analyst, data analyst, or similar role.
• Strong functional understanding of databases, data modeling, and ETL/ELT processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written & verbal).
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, business-friendly language.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with cloud platforms (preferable GCP) and related data services.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum-based development environments.
