Our department’s purpose spans across all of ING, we are there to service all countries and business entities across ING. For the communication about all our possibilities we use a consumer portal for all our stakeholders.

Due to a reorganization and renaming of our Tribe, we need to improve our customer communication and enhance the findability of our Tribe. This will help ensure that people understand what we do and what we can offer them. 

You as an Intern you will work together with the communication team on this purpose. It’s an opportunity to gain practical experience in a professional environment. In our Tribe you will learn about the way of work on our enterprise content & automation capabilities and how we contribute to the strategy of ING.


Roles and responsibilities

You’ll be involved and will assist in the following tasks:

  • Stakeholder management: plan conversations with business and IT to analyze the current data and do proposals for improvement
  • Collaboration: work together with different teams to optimize the customer communication and findability and coordinate with the users
  • Drafting a roadmap
  • Supporting various events, meetings, calls, reporting, project coordination activities, and project reporting
  • Recommendation for future maintenance to keep the portal up to date

To take on this challenging and rewarding opportunity, you’ll need:

  • Master or Bachelor (third-year bachelor)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High ambition and energy level
  • Organisational and project management skills
  • Fluency in business English and ideally oral proficiency in Dutch
