ING Luxembourg is currently recruiting an intern for the position of Learning & Development Intern. The internship is set to start as soon as possible for a minimum of 6 months.

Your Tasks

As a Learning & Development intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs for the bank's employees. You will work closely with the Learning & Development manager to support skill development and talent management initiatives.

You will have the opportunity to work on various topics such as onboarding, employee experience, and training.

  • Participate in the analysis of training needs.

  • Assist in the planning and organization of training sessions.

  • Participate in various training projects and meetings with service providers (trainers, coaches).

  • Manage mandatory training for new employees.

  • Handle daily invoices and reimbursement requests.

  • Actively contribute to the preparation of reports for the co-financing of continuing professional education.

  • Respond to employee questions regarding training.

  • Participate in special projects related to skill development and talent management.

Your profile:

Skills and Behavior:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Curious and enthusiastic
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Proactivity and ability to take initiative.
  • Proficiency in computer tools and online training platforms.
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.).

Experience:

  • University degree (Bachelor / Masters) in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
  • A first experience in Human Resources is an advantage, but not required.

Languages:

  • Good knowledge of French and English is required.
