Solliciteer

ING is proud to be recognized as Australia’s most recommended bank. We pride ourselves on being prudent, honest, and responsible in all that we do. As a Compliance Manager for Business Banking, you’ll provide 2nd line compliance advice across our growing Business Banking division, ensuring regulatory obligations are met and frameworks are enhanced to support sustainable compliance outcomes.

You’ll join a dynamic team during a period of significant growth and help ING maintain its status as Australia’s most trusted bank. This role is highly advisory in nature and offers the opportunity to help shape compliance culture and frameworks by offering guidance aligned with the Corporations Act and other relevant regulations.

It would suit a commercially minded compliance professional coming from a banking background that wants to build a trusted partner relationship with your stakeholders, helping them to launch new products and grow the business banking offering whilst keeping them compliant with regulatory guidelines.

Ready to make an impact?

What you’ll do

  • Collaborate with other Compliance Managers and support broader compliance activities and initiatives
  • Assist in driving a strong compliance culture through regular engagement and communication with stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving regulatory landscapes, emerging risks, and enforcement trends

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 4–6 years of compliance experience in the financial services industry, preferably in business banking or commercial banking.
