The role is part of FM Process Expert team and the incumbent will have to:

  • Collaborate effectively with ING Hubs PH FM, Global and other relevant teams on change initiatives, and process issues, and contributes to the change roadmap as well as resolution to complex issues.
  • Gather data and analyze huge sets of data that can be used for sound decision making
  • Provides support to multiple services/products/processes by taking on and being responsible for associated organizational/process management related or operational tasks.
  • Has knowledge of the internal and external market, associated risk and control and integrates this knowledge into day-to-day activity. Understands the mission and vision of the company and how the department contributes to that. Acts in line with ING rules and policies.

The level is defined based on a combination of A. proven years of experience; B. scope; C. complexity and D. risk level.
