We are looking for you, if you:

  • have proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role,
  • have strong understanding of product lifecycle management,
  • have an excellent communication and presentation skills,
  • have ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams,
  • have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

You'll get extra points for:

  • degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred,
  • experience with Agile methodologies, previous 1-3 years CJE is proffered,
  • knowledge of software development and web technologies,
  • familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • conduct market research to identify customer needs for each country,
  • define product vision and strategy, and create detailed product roadmaps for unified service portal,
  • preliminary design skills to map out simple flows and product improvement,
  • collaborate with engineering and senior stakeholders to ensure successful product development and launch,
  • translate business requirements to detailed product feature and prototypes,
  • monitor and analyze product performance and customer feedback to inform future product development,
  • work with communication teams to raise awareness for new product launch, and ensure a smooth onboarding for all customers.
