About the position

This is a great opportunity to work in a challenging and rewarding environment in a forward-thinking company. We are growing, and we are looking for someone who is a good fit with our existing Tech group, who has excellent written and verbal communication skills, relevant experience as IT Support and/or Administrator, and who can work both as part of a team or independently.

As a Service Desk Specialist, you can expect at ING the following:

  • Serve as a single point of contact for ING employees' IT-related problems throughout their whole lifecycle.
  • Provide first-line support through the call-logging software and on-site for all incidents and requests.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve end-user desktop, hardware, software, and/or printing problems.
  • Perform general and/or custom PC configuration, installations, maintenance, relocations, troubleshooting, and upgrades
  • Reassign or escalate incidents and requests to on-site second-line support, third parties, or other teams where appropriate discussing fully with colleagues.
  • Monitor and update all incidents and requests
  • Take care of IT hardware and IT lifecycle
  • Help with inventory check of IT assets
  • Participating in international projects within the company
  • Cooperation on global and local projects/migrations

Personality requirements and skills:

  • Troubleshooting - advanced level
  • Microsoft Windows (11) Support - we do require advanced hands-on working experience
  • Office 365 Administration - we do require at least hands-on working experience
  • Powerautomate and Powerapps knowledgewould be a big advantage
  • Microsoft Intune Endpoint management experience is an advantage
  • Knowledge of IT service management (requests/incident handling)
  • ServiceNow (SNOW) would be a big advantage
  • Basic knowledge of computer networks
  • Azureboards experience is an advantage
  • Good command of the English language (daily usage)
  • Powerautomate and Powerapps knowledge is an advantage
  • The drive to self-learning
  • Knowledge of Azureboards is an advantage
  • Innovative thinking
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory is an advantage
  • Microsoft / ITIL certificates are an advantage

Wage (gross)

1870 EUR/month

*By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.
