We're looking for an experienced Organisational Change and Capabilities Hub Lead to join our high-profile Transformation and Change team.

Reporting to the Head of Transformation and Change, you’ll play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth, development and achievement of strategic objectives relating to complex organisational change, ways of working and delivery capability. In this role, you will collaborate closely with various teams, locally and globally to support the enterprise to transform and to execute and embed lasting change.

This position is a permanent role based in Sydney.

What you’ll do

  • Promote a new culture and pace of execution within an ecosystem that is optimised for flow
  • Lead and develop a high performing, multi-disciplinary team of organisational change, ways of working (WOW) and delivery capability experts
  • Evolve and champion the change framework and ways of working (WOW) model, promoting adoption of global and local methods, standards and operating models
  • Develop a deep understanding of the organisation’s change agenda and partner closely with stakeholders including HR, Executives, Tribes and COEs across the enterprise to understand and meet their needs and objectives
  • Manage the design and delivery of communication and change strategies to support the execution of the transformation and change portfolio, including presenting regular artifact updates with key metrics to our Delivery and Change Committee (EXCO).

What we’re looking for

  • Strong experience driving implementation of complex change transformation in a large enterprise including capability mapping, target operating model design, planning, alignment and collaboration with organisational design teams
  • Deep knowledge of Organisational Change Management methodologies (Prosci) and Project Management Methodologies (Agile & Waterfall)
  • Proven capability in contributing to the strategic direction of a department through planning, driving partner engagement, leadership alignment, impact analysis, learning/training, communications, business readiness, deployment, and adoption measurement.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Change management, Communications, Organisational Psychology or HR or equivalent discipline.
