Play a key role in driving operational efficiency, cost optimization, and compliance in the highly regulated banking environment. In this position, you will manage a variety of procurement processes, negotiate contracts, and ensure the smooth operation of our iconic, sustainability-focused headquarters. Responsibilities

Procurement

Needs assessment, tendering, and supplier selection in line with internal regulations
Price negotiations and evaluation of offers
Contract drafting and administration (HU/EN)
Maintaining regulated processes, supporting internal and external audits
Preparing reports, analyses, and approving invoices
Process optimization

Facility Management

Organizing building maintenance and repairs
Coordinating service providers (cleaning, maintenance, fleet)
Supporting energy administration tasks
Liaising with partners and internal departments
Updating facility management policies, supporting events

Requirements

College or university degree (economics/finance/technical)
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and/or facility management
Project management experience, excellent communication skills
Proactive, independent, problem-solving mindset
Excellent English skills (spoken and written), legal text comprehension in HU/EN
Structured, compliance-oriented work approach
Strong MS Office skills (GEP knowledge is an advantage; Excel and reporting skills required)
Advantage: knowledge of energy and sustainability
