The expected salary for this position 17 300 - 25 000 PLN

We are looking for you, if you have:

  • Minimum 3–6 years of managerial experience in planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives.
  • Minimum 3–6 years of proven experience in project and/or program management within complex, international environments.
  • Proven track record in leading, mentoring, and developing teams of professionals.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complexity—making sense of high-quantity, sometimes contradictory information to solve problems effectively.
  • Ability to balance stakeholder needs across multiple parties, ensuring cross-cultural sensitivity in a global environment.
  • Results-driven mindset with ability to drive accountability and maintain high performance standards.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) — this is a must in our global environment.
  • Very good proficiency with MS Office, especially Power Point and Excel.

You'll get extra points for:

  • Experience working in cybersecurity, IT risk, or regulated industries.
  • Experience in portfolio management and understanding of portfolio governance.
  • Background in budget planning, tracking, and financial aspects of project delivery.
  • Professional certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or equivalent).
  • CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) or similar security-related certification.
  • Knowledge of meeting facilitation techniques.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of project and program managers. Setting clear performance objectives and holding team members accountable for achieving them. Ensuring their professional growth and engagement of team members.
  • Ensure proper workload distribution across the team and maintain high delivery quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with portfolio managers to ensure alignment of initiatives with strategic priorities.
  • Manage identification of risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints; escalate appropriately and develop solutions to overcome challenges.
  • Monitor and review performance within area of responsibility to ensure adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive adherence to global and group-level portfolio and project management standards and practices.
  • Personally manage critical projects and programs within the CISO portfolio, ensuring delivery to time, budget, and quality standards.
  • Develop stakeholder engagement by identifying stakeholder needs and concerns, supporting communication of business information and decisions at the global level.
  • Contribute to executive reporting and stakeholder communication at the global level.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and accountability within the chapter.

Our squad provides end-to-end project and program management in IT security area. We follow Agile approach and mindset cooperating within whole ING Group.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Transformation Lead to join the Change Integration chapter within the CISO Office cluster at ING Hubs Poland.

In this role, you will lead a team of project and program managers while also being hands-on in delivering critical security initiatives. You will work closely with the Management Team members of the Global CISO and report directly to the Head of CISO Office, ensuring strategic alignment and executional certainty across the change portfolio.

This is a hybrid role that combines people leadership with active project and program delivery—ideal for someone who thrives in both strategic and operational dimensions.

The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Expert Lead Transformation II”.
