The Customer Campaign Expert works as Customer Journey Expert within the Growth Tribe and collaborates with other experts to achieve the objectives and goals of the Customer Strategy team.

The CJE acts as a strategic bridge between business goals, customer needs, and technical execution.

The main focus of the Customer Campaign Expert is to manage the various aspects of campaigns: designing new commercial activities and promotions for the customer base, defining the communication plan, testing new customer experience, defining the best channel and timing to contact, selecting the best target to address, outlining promotional mechanisms, analyzing responses and results, setting up communication materials.

To enable this, the key is a deep understanding of campaign dynamics, response analysis, and the ability to extract insights from previous commercial actions and apply them to future ones, together with the capability to interact with different departments and at various organizational levels.

He/She must have a strong passion for analytics, attention to details and quality, while at the same time being able to maintain a holistic view, work effectively in a team, adopt a customer‑centric mindset, and show a strong attitude for problem solving and for driving the achievement of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure excellent execution of campaigns through proper orchestration and prioritization: responsible for managing planned campaign management activities, including target generation, communication monitoring, response and presentation of results. Ensure accurate campaign planning while consistently maintaining high quality standards and correct implementation.
  • Responsible for contact strategy management, proactively handling campaign overlaps, campaign optimization, and customer contact pressure.
  • Ownership and autonomy in designing ad‑hoc analyses or managing requests from different departments, ensuring high quality outputs and providing concrete insights and recommendations to guide commercial and communication proposals.
  • Proactivity and autonomy in providing clear and accurate data guidance, both in relation to analyses/campaigns and to the development of new analytical data structures.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Strong analytic background
  • Degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, or Mathematics

Technical, Language and other specialized skills:

  • Experience with Campaign Management tools
  • Knowledge of SAS or SQL programming language
  • Preferred knowledge of CRM and marketing campaigns
  • Preferred knowledge of market Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Understanding and knowledge of databases and cloud environments
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong analytical skills, passion for data, rigor in analysis, accuracy and attention to detail in data management
  • Accountability and proactivity: take ownership of assigned activities and their timely delivery, with the ability to propose innovative approaches to analyses and activities

Work Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Preferred background in multinational companies within CRM, Customer Intelligence, or Campaign Management teams
