Are you looking to kick‑start your analytics engineering career in a role where you can learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact?

Known internally as a Junior Analytics Enablement Expert, you’ll work alongside experienced analytics engineers to deliver high quality reporting, support campaign execution, and uplift data capability across the Retail Bank.

This role within our Growth Tribe is perfect for someone who’s curious, detail oriented, and passionate about building innovative solutions to complex business problems and turning data into insights that help improve customer experiences. You’ll gain hands on exposure to analytics tools, campaign management systems, and data structures, while contributing to how we optimise performance, streamline workflows, and drive smarter decisions.

What you’ll do

  • Support the build and delivery of analytics and reporting solutions, including preparing dashboards and campaign performance updates.
  • Assist with maintaining the Campaign Datamart and fulfilment workflows to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
  • Contribute to campaign builds, learning best‑practice methods from senior team members.
  • Perform data quality checks, update datasets, and maintain documentation and metadata standards.
  • Participate in innovation initiatives, agile ceremonies, and continuous training to grow technical and analytical skills.

What we’re looking for

  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and excellent attention to detail with a proactive mindset.
  • A degree in an analytics‑related discipline such as Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Economics, Statistics, Maths, or Actuarial Studies.
  • Experience with SQL, SAS, Excel, and data visualisation tools, with interest in learning Python, R or GCP.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear, intuitive reporting and communicate insights effectively.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a fast‑moving team environment.
