Anti-Fraud DevOps Engineer

We are looking for you if you:

• have proven experience in IT system maintenance and development, especially in teams.
• have an understanding of Java and its ecosystem, with the ability to implement occasional enhancements or fixes.
• have knowledge of Oracle databases, with a focus on optimizing queries and database performance.
• are familiar with the architecture and functioning of Java applications utilizing large memory environments.
• have experience with monitoring tools like Grafana and Prometheus to ensure system stability and performance.
• have problem-solving mindset, capable of analyzing complex issues and proposing effective solutions.
• have excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• are fluent in English (min. B2)

You'll get extra points for:

• Experience with Azure DevOps and building CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of RHEL, JBoss, and Ansible.
• Background in IT security and analytics.

Your responsibilities:

• Maintain and optimize a critical anti-fraud service operating across multiple ING branches.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to enhance system performance and security.
• Occasionally implement features or resolve issues in Java.
• Support database optimization and ensure smooth application operations.
• Contribute to a team-oriented, Agile environment (Scrum framework).
