Support strategic ambitions by proactively managing INGs risk appetite on Credit risk & Solvency risk.

  • Support the Identification and Assessment of risks across ING, and ensure they are properly acted on.
  • Review the Credit and Solvency risk appetite, aligned to INGs strategic ambitions and associated risks and help stakeholders pro-actively manage business within risk appetite.
  • Unlock business potential and help shape INGs future balance sheet by supporting the CRR3 change program.
  • Perform sensitivity and trade-off analysis to safeguard INGs return on equity
  • Serve as a single point of contact for Business, Finance, external auditors, regulators or rating agencies on questions related to Solvency and Credit risk

Positively impact the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process within ING Belgium.

  • Ensure diligent execution of our must win battle on capital optimisation
  • Ensure diligent execution of our must win battle on the management of the Non-Performing Loans book
  • Support multi-year roadmaps bringing INGs ICAAP adherence to the next level.
