Workday Compensation & Benefits Specialist

We are looking for you, if you:

  • have at least 2 years of experience in providing functional oversight, gathering business requirements and performing system design and configuration for Compensation & Benefits modules,
  • have ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects,
  • actively seek for improvements & innovations,
  • have ability to pay strong attention to detail,
  • have strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with HR and IT clients,
  • have full professional fluency in English (written and spoken).

You'll get extra points for:

  • Workday Service Partner Certification or Customer certification (preferable in Compensation),
  • experience in participating in Workday delivery & support with a focus on Workday Compensation & Benefits modules,
  • experience in optimizing Workday Compensation & Benefits processes,
  • HR functional experience,
  • experience in preparing and executing EIB loads,
  • cross functional knowledge with other modules of Workday (HCM knowledge desired).

Your responsibilities:

  • serve as a subject matter expert in Workday Compensation & Benefits and to be involved in design and modification efforts for continual system alignment with business objectives,
  • perform Workday administrative functions relating to Workday Compensation & Bene module including EIB loads,
  • manage the Production and establish a well-controlled systems environment,
  • provide end-user support, change management, and issue resolution.
