ING Luxembourg, is looking for a Corporate Actions officer (fixed term contract) for his Corporate Actions service (team of 10 people).

This is a short term contract (CDD) starting from 01/04/2026 until 31/10/2026.

Your mission:

As Corporate Actions officer, your mission will be to manage corporate actions activity: 

  • Income operations: dividend, interest payments relating to securities products,
  • Events operations: occurring during the life of securities:  merger, subscriptions, Tender offer, stock split…

Detailed tasks and responsibilities: 

  • Receive corporate actions operations from Sub-Custodian / Transfer Agent
  • Analyze event, income operations received,
  • Input operation within the Corporate Actions tool,
  • Verify / update eligible customer positions relating to corporate actions operations,
  • Send event operation details to eligible customers,

Miscellaneous:

  • Handle Customer requests relating to Corporate Actions activity,
  • Process Shareholders identifications requests (SRDII),
  • Reconcile data relating to QI reporting…

Technical and behavior competencies:

  • Bachelor level with financial orientation,
  • Excellent analytical, judgment and organizational skills,
  • Good team Spirit,
  • Ability to work in autonomy,
  • Fluent in French and good knowledge in English.
