About the team

You will join a collaborative and highperforming product team focused on shaping the digital communication experienceinHome’Bank. We work closely in an agile setup, take ownership endtoend, and continuously innovate to deliver relevant, customercentric solutions at scale.

Your day to day

  • Work in a crossfunctional squad andparticipatein all team ceremonies (planning, refinement, daily, retrospective, demos).

  • Maintain and developHome’Bankfeatures in line with the squad’s purpose andobjectives.

  • Develop new products,servicesand related processes across the full product lifecycle, withfocuson customer experience.

  • Together with the Innovation & UX Center Of Expertise team, you use ING standards to explore customer issues / needs andvalidatesolutions before deciding if and how to implement product development initiatives.

  • Contribute to business cases and analysesrequiredfor productapprovals.Submit new proposals and get management approval for implementation.

  • Identify,assessand mitigate risks related to product development initiatives.

  • Activelyidentifydependencies with other teams in ING,collaborateand communicate permanently with all areas affected by the product development initiative.

  • Define clear requirements for IT and nonIT developments (definition of ready / definition of done).

  • Ensurequality of developments implemented in production.

  • Youare responsible forthe non-financial risk processes associated with the products/services you manage (e.g.product approval & review, risk assessments) and regulatory requirements associated with digitalchannels.

  • Collaborate with communication teams to define customer communications and support product launches and customer education.

  • Use customer feedback to continuously improvethe customerexperience.

  • Youare responsible forthe processes associated with the products; responsible for SLAs aimed at the proper functioning of products and processes.

  • Ensures that products,processesand related documentationcomply withinternal / external regulations, riskpoliciesand legal requirements.

What you bring to the team

  • At least 3years experienceinDigital Channels Management or Product/Project Management.

  • Experience in requesting and testing IT Developments.

  • You are proactive and able to work autonomously and at the same time you are a team player, havingstrong communicationand interpersonal skills.

  • Youact alwayswith a high sense of responsibility.

  • You have solid planning and organizingskillsand youare able tomanage multiple stakeholders.

  • You are flexible, adapt quickly tochangesand you are constructive.

  • Andabove all, youare aHome’Bankenthusiast.
