Mission

As a Sr. Product Manager within the Payments Tribe, your mission is to shape and elevate how customers interact with card issuing products in their everyday banking. You will design and continuously improve seamless, secure, and compliant card journeys—from issuance to daily use and lifecycle management. By combining customer insight, product thinking, and collaboration, you will help deliver meaningful, intuitive experiences that truly meet customer needs while supporting business and regulatory goals.

About the Team

You will join the “100M Carduri” squad, part of a dynamic and fast-paced Payments Tribe focused on delivering scalable and impactful card solutions. The team brings together diverse expertise—including product, engineering, design, and analytics—to co-create reliable and customer-centric products.

Your day to day

In this role, you will play an active part in shaping both the product and the customer journey. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Journey Mapping: Working with cross-functional colleagues to map and optimize end-to-end card issuing journeys, ensuring a smooth and intuitive experience across all touchpoints.
  • Product Strategy Contribution: Partnering with the Product Owner to define and refine the product vision, aligning it with customer needs, business priorities, and regulatory requirements.
  • Requirement Analysis & Refinement: Translating stakeholder input into clear, actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria to support development teams.
  • Agile Delivery: Actively engaging in all Agile ceremonies—planning, refinements, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives—to enable efficient and iterative product delivery.
  • Continuous Feedback & Improvement: Using customer feedback, data, and insights to enhance usability, performance, and overall product quality.
  • Risk Management: Identifying and proactively addressing potential risks, including operational, IT, fraud, or compliance-related challenges.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with developers, designers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, compliant solutions.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Keeping key stakeholders informed on progress, milestones, and challenges in a clear and transparent way.
  • Team Growth & Learning: Supporting a culture of experimentation, feedback, and continuous learning within the team.

What you bring to the team

We are looking for a motivated and collaborative professional who brings both expertise and curiosity to the role:

  • Experience: At least 3 years in Product Management (Cards area);
  • Experience in payments, digital banking, or regulated environments is a strong advantage.
  • Higher education degree in a relevant field;
  • Collaboration Mindset: A trusted team player who values shared success and contributes positively to team dynamics.
  • Customer Focus: Strong analytical thinking with a clear focus on quality, usability, and continuous improvement.
  • Proactive Approach: Accountable, open-minded, and willing to challenge the status quo to drive better outcomes.
  • Execution Strength: Ability to turn ideas into practical, working solutions with strong attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and confident communicator, able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
  • Advanced level of English language;
