We are looking for you, if you:

  • are committed and care about the quality of your work,
  • are highly organized and able to set priorities,
  • are reliable and pay attention to details,
  • are fluent in Polish and advanced in English.

You'll get extra points for:

  • First experiences in HR or administration area during your studies,

  • Easiness in learning new system and tools.

Your responsibilities:

  • Processing employee inquiries in the ServiceNow system,
  • Providing ongoing administrative support for our employees,
  • Reporting,
  • Support of the HR team in many interesting projects and initiatives,
  • Collaborating with others along with the motto: together to get there.

Information about team:

We are a team delivering HR & Payroll administration to our employees. We collaborate tightly with other entities in our Organization to provide our employees with high quality service.

The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Intern I”.
