Your role & work environment

As a Customer Journey Expert (CJE) for the Tribe Business Lending (Business Optimization Squad), you will contribute to an efficient and customer-oriented value proposition by working on different projects to improve the Return on Equity (ROE) of our segment (from self-employed to mid-corporates).

You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including our sales team, to enhance their knowledge and provide support on specific tools (Vantage, Vortex). You will also work with the Credit Risk team to share essential business insights during model development, and partner with colleagues from the Head Office on major regulatory initiatives.

You will also be contributing to the objectives of the tribe Business Lending which are supporting the business overall. These objectives are challenging, as regulatory and risk requirements are evolving & strengthening, while client expectations are changing and there is a continuous pressure to increase efficiency.
