ING Commercial Finance specializes in financing working capital, including accounts receivable, inventory and purchases.  We are looking for a (junior) colleague for the Customer Loyalty Team. This department deals with the day-to-day collateral management of our customers. A changing playing field with a lot of customer contact and own responsibility, but also with numerous opportunities for further growth You will report to the Cirlce Lead ComFin.

In this position you are the most junior employee within the Customer Loyalty Team (CLT) of ING Commercial Finance. Below is an overview of the duties and responsibilities associated with this position.

The role and responsibilities

- A great position and stepping stone to learn and grow/develop the business of Factoring.
- You will master and handle work on all standard and lesser workflows/clients within the CLT ComFin
- You have end-to-end knowledge of products and processes in order to make the right trade-off for the relationship, the deal and securing it in the operation
- You are a role model for other colleagues in terms of knowledge, the latest developments in the market and the organization
- You start and coordinate improvement projects independently and take final responsibility for them

Customer Service
You are collateral manager for all types of standard and less complex clients of ING Commercial Finance. You are responsible for a customer-friendly and professional onboarding of prospects. You are able to monitor the operational standard, manufacturability and manageability. You play a key role in achieving targets in areas such as customer satisfaction, productivity, turnaround times and quality


Risk management
You are responsible for conducting adequate risk management and act on risk signals. You act on incidents and monitor lessons learned. Naturally you follow the correct procedures to limit financial and non-financial risks.

Operational Management
You make a proactive, knowledgeable and outstanding contribution to the daily operations of the CLT (quantitative and qualitative excellent collateral management). You contribute to the preparation of various data and analysis reports. Furthermore, you research data on the performance of our products, processes, services.

Professionalism

  • You ensure that you are and remain abreast of developments in your own field. You are at the forefront of practicing craftsmanship and work continuously to improve it.
