  • graduate university degree with 2-5 years auditing or risk experience

... then you could join our team of Accounting Policies, Methodology & Controls.  The team is organized in 3 domains of expertise and your role as Finance – Control & Policies Officer is:

  • Accounting & Regulatory Policies
    • Ensure compliance with new Regulatory, Group accounting policies requirements
    • Play an instrumental role in the analysis and implementation of new products in the reporting process (Product Approval Plan)
    • Create and maintain accounting scheme in compliance with Group & local accounting policies
  • SOX

Ensure that the evaluation of SOX is adequately established and maintained within the Bank.  This includes among others:

  • scoping & Mapping with the financial statement in order to identifying SOX significant critical processes in the Bank,
  • monitoring of Risk & Control Assessments led by Process owners for the design of Key controls,
  • monitoring of testing activities,
  • Preparation of Interim and Year-End evaluations,
  • Coordination of SOX404 sign-off on SOX404 statement by CEO and CFO,
  • Regular contacts with various specialists in the group and the management of the bank, ensuring open communication channels for all SOX404 related topics.
