KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Receive and file daily regulation and notice from various channels with regulators, including CBIRC/ PBOC/ SAFE.

2. Submit and file correspondence and reporting via various channels to regulators as regular frequency or specific deadline.

3. Maintain a regulation/notice index from.

4. Maintain a correspondence/feedback index from.

5. Update reporting list that owned by compliance.

6. Update reporting track that submitted by compliance.

7. Set up a visit record to regulators if there is any.

8. Set up a meeting minutes record with regulators if there is any.

9. Support to prepare compliance training material and PPT.

10. Support to prepare basic work for compliance monitoring.

11. Prepare basic information for RC meeting.

12. Consolidate feedback from different departments for both internal and external survey/requirement.

13.  Translation of group policy.

14.Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS(Intern)

1. College senior student/Master student

2. Work at least three days a week

3. Have sufficient knowledge of MS Excel

4. Ability to work from dormitory during the period where this is required of the department

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills

6. Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin

· Min GPA of 3 or equivalent
