Your Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate origination initiatives by working closely with colleagues within Corporate Finance team and from Sector and Strategic Product teams on pitchbook materials for M&A, fund raising, Independent Financial Advisory (“IFA”) and valuation advisory mandates
    • Liaise with colleagues from various teams to ensure quality and timeliness of materials 
  • Support execution for Corporate Finance projects / mandates
    • Day-to-day project management and process control with regular interface with client representatives
    • Run complex valuation and financial analysis, including development and maintenance of financial models, trading and transaction comparable analysis
    • Draft presentation and marketing materials, such as teaser, information memorandum, management presentation
    • Coordinate data room processes, administer Q&A logistics and follow up
    • Draft process documentation for process materials, such as process letter, bid letter and other transaction document
    • Coordinate with more senior members of the deal execution team and obtain requisite internal sign-offs
  • Participate in recruiting and helping to organize training sessions for Corporate Finance analysts and interns  
  • Develop database of Corporate Finance marketing materials and best practice templates

Your Profile

  • Degree holder from reputable university
  • Ideally between 1-3 years of experience in corporate finance or related financial services
  • Knowledge in fundamental and market-oriented valuation methods
  • Possess strong analytical skills, methodical and meticulous with competencies to perform financial modeling and financial analysis
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and word processing applications
  • Self-motivated and confident team player with a high degree of initiative
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Asian language ability will be an added advantage
