The Team

The COO Tech & Transformation domain drives strategic transformation and technology operational excellence. The domain consists of four subdepartments with several teams under their leadership: 1) CTO Development & Support, 2) Change & Transformation, 3) Product & Service Management, and 4) Reporting & Insights (CDO).

You will report to the Lead CTO Development & Support and contribute to one of the three pillars of COO Tech & Transformation: Creating transparency: delivering data-driven insights to strengthen governance and accelerate informed decision-making.

Roles and responsibilities

As Organisational Development Consultant, you will:

  • Lead and shape the quarterly KPI and CTO–CIO Performance Conversations (QPC) reporting. As delegate report owner, you will coordinate inputs across domains and entities, challenge and elevate CIO inputs, and turn data into clear narratives for senior management. You will also continuously improve the QPC reporting to enable more effective steering and decision-making, and ensure audit readiness.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CTO on strategy execution and organisational development. You will take on assignments on behalf of the CTO, such as preparing MT dialogues, analysing and improving organisational effectiveness, and strengthening data-driven steering and decision-making across the CTO organisation.

How to succeed

We hire smart people like you for your potential. Our biggest expectation is that you’ll stay curious. Keep learning. Take on responsibility. In return, we’ll back you to develop into an even more awesome version of yourself.

  •  2–4 years of experience in management/strategy consultancy (IT, business, or strategy), ready to take the next step into a corporate environment

  • Proven experience in executive reporting, KPI frameworks, or performance management in a complex environment with senior stakeholders

  • Experience working with executive-ready dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)

  • Strong data analysis skills, strategic frameworks knowledge, and technical problem-solving ability, with the capability to translate data into clear management insights

  • Structured and proactive, comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution

  • Results-oriented and resilient under pressure; strong attention to detail and a fact-based mindset; able to create buy-in and engagement at all levels of the organisation

  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills for senior-management audiences

Education:
