Mission

This is an entrepreneur role whose job is to connect the dots, implementing and contributing to the bank's strategic daily banking direction by bringing innovation and reasoning in day to day activities. 

Your day to day

  • Implement long term daily banking business strategy, aligned with retail/bank objectives, market expectations;
  • Defining contribution of each liabilities product, customer segment and channels to the daily banking/retail strategy;
  • Defining and implementation of commercial campaigns to support expected performance, both for customers’ acquisition and portfolio growth
  • Play a proactive role in defining strategic initiatives related to business growth.
  • Define tactical actions to support strategic segments clients’ growth, monitor and argument key drivers.
  • Proposing pricing strategy and products features for the liabilities and daily banking products and actively monitor.
  • Promoting the experimentation mindset across the team members, sharing results and identifying best practice.
  • Monitoring and identify main drivers for clients’ dynamics (portfolio, x-sell, income, acquisition) , liabilities products performance, sales and P&L related.
  • Supporting the agile way of working and actively look for improving it;
  • Preparing and being ready to present the team priorities in front of various stakeholders.

What you bring to the team

  • University Degree (post graduate qualification is a plus); 
  • Analytical and numerate, Finance previous experience or Business Intelligence background is a plus; 
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English;
  • Commercial mindset and strong business knowledge
  • Structured approach and results driven mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to connect the dots, to set strategy and direction based on facts and figures;
  • Inspiring communication capabilities, to deliver a compelling story that engages and influences across the organization;
  • Team player; it is about the team, you trust others and can be trusted. You are committed to team goals and always have the right spirit;
  • Ability to work in matrix organization, collaborative mindset;
  • Autonomy to set own priorities and manage backlogs, structured way of working while flexibility to adapt to continuous change, ‘can do’ mentality, proactive and willing to go the extra mile;
  • Solid understanding daily banking products and market
  • Passion for the customer & communication skills;
