Market Research Expert

The Research Expert will be a vital member of the Research Team within the Customer Interaction Retail Tribe. This role involves managing the definition and implementation of market research and customer insight analysis in alignment with the bank's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of the market research process across multiple topics (Customer Experience, NPS, Brand, Advertising, Product, Channels, etc.), including needs identification, project design, survey design, analysis, and presentation of results;

  • Collaborate with selected market research agencies to conduct qualitative and quantitative studies, both ad hoc and tracking;

  • Develop methodologies to capture the voice of the customer leveraging on solid platforms, supporting enhancements in customer experience and the development of new products/services. Understand use cases, pain points, and expected benefits to define clear, deliverable solutions and recommendations, strictly collaborating with products and channels teams;

  • Constantly monitor customer feedback through Text Analytics tools and manage platform updates to gather and share useful insights for improving Customer Experience;

  • Engage with the Data Analysis network and other areas of the bank to consolidate and deliver actionable insights and recommendations based on the integration of all relevant data sources.

Educational Qualifications:

Degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Sociology, Psychology or other similar discipline.

Technical, Language and other Specialised Skills:

  • Proficient in written and spoken English;

  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite;

  • Excellent analytical skills;

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of addressing both technical and non-technical audiences at various organizational levels (e.g., executive, management, individual contributors);

  • Passion for quantitative data analysis and a keen interest in understanding consumer behaviors.

Work Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience leading market research projects – (agency or client side).
