As a Customer Journey Expert (CJE) you are at the heart of the tribe Investments. The Tribe Investments moved to a new phase with emphasis on commercial growth and acquisition. To support this growth safe and compliant business are key factors of our success. You become part of a squad that works transversally with other squads and with our second lines of defence.

We are looking for

We are looking for a colleague that can make her/his talent shine by being responsibility in the domain of Risk & Regulatory to ensure our Investments Tribe is safe and compliant to better serve our clients. Otherwise said: we are looking for a risk minded person also willing to learn and help colleagues in other domains of investments.

A colleague with a talent for taking it on and making it happen, enthusiasm for helping others to be successful and a knack for always being a step ahead, who is interested in expanding its competences

As a Customer Journey Expert Risk & Regulatory:

  • You have relevant experience in Investments, or you are willing to learn about this interesting part of banking

  • You are willing and able to work both independently and in team on complex challenges and can do so in multiple languages: Fluency in English (and Dutch and/or French)

  • You have a good understanding of MiFID. You have also a good understanding or are interested in financial markets, as well as policies and regulations. You are risk minded.

  • You build and maintain a strong network of stakeholders such as legal, compliance, FSMA, audit, … by understanding their needs and concerns and building a productive relation with them through cooperation and clear communication.

  • You take accountability to meet the commitments in a predictable way and make things happen thanks to your ‘can-do’ attitude with diligent respect for the risks.

  • You support the Tribe’s ambitions by staying safe & compliant

  • You take initiative, manage and solve complex problems, help people to do so, escalate when needed. You have the courage to address difficult issues and take decisions when needed.

  • Evolution is part of your DNA: you are interested in how our world, customers, regulatory environment evolve and translate this into the continuous improvement of our policies, processes… You love to think out of the box and to challenge the existing.

  • Next to your risk & regulatory responsibilities you help the product team with the definition of the offer and work on related projects

  • In a nutshell some topic you’ll face in your new role: Conflict of Interest, Product Governance, Product Approval Review Process, Inducements, FSMA, MiFID, Duty of care…

  • You have a strong stakeholder management

As a Customer Journey Expert, you will have the opportunity to:
