HR Change & Experience Intern

3-6 months, flexible depending on university requirements

What you will do

  • Develop a collaborative HR platform for Business Evolutions, using SharePoint as the main environment.

  • Improve the stakeholder experience by making information easier to find,understandand use.

  • Create clear navigation, pagestructuresand content flows for different stakeholder groups.

  • Organisetemplates, documents, FAQs, processguidanceand communication materials.

  • Build practical toolkits that support managers, HRBPs,employeesand the Job-to-Job team.

  • Gather stakeholder input and feedback to continuously improve the platform and materials.

Expected deliverables

Collaborative platform

A SharePoint-based platform with clear pages,navigationand collaboration spaces.

Stakeholder experience flow

A structured overview of what each stakeholder needs throughout the Business Evolution process.

Communication & guidance toolkit

Templates, FAQs, guidancepagesand practical communication materials.

Content structure

Organiseddocument libraries, contentcategoriesand ownership recommendations.

Improvement roadmap

Recommendations to further improve the platform,contentand stakeholder experience.
