We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Senior Data Scientist to join our Advanced Analytics Team of Growth

The responsibility of this team is to develop all type of AI models and analytical products in the field of Machine Learning and Big Data context. Our way of working mirrors our eagerness to innovate and the agile methodologies are on our daily basis

Your key responsibilities:

As a data scientist you will:

Proactively take end-to-end ownership of the design and delivery of ML products across multiple departments within the bank. This includes a broad range of AI/ML solutions such as credit risk and decision-making models, churn prediction, recommendation systems, NLP solutions, income and expense estimation, data categorisation, clustering and segmentation, pricing models, OCR, and more.

You will co-create and evaluate business solutions using the best predictive approaches, working in cross-functional and international teams made up of business stakeholders, data analysts, data scientists and engineers.

You will also act as project manager making sure each solution meets business requirements, delivers tangible value to our clients, and adheres to our high standards of coding quality, robustness and engineering excellence.

We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Data Scientist used to work near to business, understand the challenges and who proposes solutions proactively, defining the appropriate analytical solution for each challenge.

Our dreamed candidate will be:

- A value-driven professional, with a strong focus on delivering meaningful business impact.

- Holds a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

-Proven experience in data analysis, data visualisation and the development of predictive

models, particularly supervised learning models.

- Strong command of SQL and Python, along with experience in distributed computing

frameworks such as Spark, Hadoop, Hive, and similar technologies, as well as modern MLlibraries.

- Comfortable working with Git-based workflows, including code repositories and peer reviews.

- Able to communicate technical insights clearly and effectively, even to non-technical

stakeholders.

- A strong team player, with the ability to collaborate effectively and tackle complex challenges in a dynamic environment.
