We are looking for a candidate to join our Operations area, a strategic team for the functioning of the bank. The COO area is responsible for ensuring process efficiency, supporting daily activities, and optimizing workflows to provide increasingly effective and secure services.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the management and optimization of operational processes.

  • Analyze and monitor workflows to ensure efficiency and quality in services.

  • Collaborate with various teams to improve procedures and tools.

  • Verify the accuracy and compliance of banking operations in accordance with regulations.

  • Utilize digital and management tools to monitor activities.

Requirements

  • Degree (a master's is considered a plus).

  • Good knowledge of the Office suite.

  • Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.

  • Curiosity and willingness to learn.

Duration: Permanent
