  • Lead cross-team and often cross-organization high-impact projects and programs

  • Setup those projects/programs and ensure on-time delivery

  • (help) Translate insights into a vision and implementation plan

  • Manage and resolve risks linked to the program

  • Communicate across the organization, and manage demanding stakeholders at all levels.

  • Take initiative and think out of the box to ensure realization of objectives

  • Strong project/program management and planning skills

  • Strong interpersonal, and relationship management skills adapted to various levels in the organization

  • Able to communicate in an understandable and graphical way, adapted to different audiences

  • Challenging mindset to ensure the team delivers the best solution

  • Role leader (model, coaching, ..) within Transformation Office and the bank as needed

The team

The Change Execution Professional team is part of Transformation office and together with the Process experts (blackbelts) we are the go-to team for complex change projects at ING.  Our strong record of delivering projects means we are constantly in demand.  Within the team we have an informal approach which fosters a collaboration between all colleagues who are all willing to support you to achieve the desired outcome.
