Job Description: Dev Engineer for Chapter Data & Process Migration

A Dev Engineer in the Data & Process Migration chapter is ensuring that business needs are effectively translated into functional solutions. In this chapter, we analyse business processes, gather and document requirements, and ensure that the solutions align with organizational goals. By conducting impact analysis to identify gaps, we address potential issues proactively. Additionally, we collaborate with stakeholders such as CJEs (Customer Journey Experts), OPS Engineers, Feature Engineers, Product Owners, Developers, and Testers to ensure successful project delivery.

Project : Telelink Renewal

Being responsible for analysing service gaps, creating sequence diagrams, and developing feature files in Gherkin format. This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders (BE and Global) to ensure alignment and clarity in the development process.

Key Deliverables:

  • Interaction services gap analysis
  • Sequence diagram for each Global Business Services (GBS)
  • Feature file in Gherkin format
  • Input/Output files
  • ...

Responsibilities:

  • Internal alignments with squad members for business requirements and design solutions
  • Conduct stand-up meetings with the offshore development team to discuss the development process and address open points
  • Clarify open points by discussing with development team, responsible team from Channels, Domain Architect and Business Owner
  • Align and review with peer GCDM squads (Global)
  • Coordinate with the responsible team from Channels for design explanations
  • Provide design explanations to the offshore development team and conduct feedback sessions
