Controlling Lead



We are looking for you if:

  • You have minimum +8 years of experience in controlling/ management accounting / finance business advice within an international organization,
  • You have experience in leading a team of experts, and you know how to work with senior management.
  • You have knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS),
  • You have the ability to work in dynamic and international environment,
  • You are a critical thinker, with well developed and proven analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • You have a proactive mindset, and you have a strong drive for impact


English level - B2

You'll get extra points for:

  • ACCA, CIMA or equivalent certificate

Your responsibilities:

  • Being a Team Leader: KPI setting, coaching, monitoring performance, sharing feedback and performance review for the team; organising the work of the team and checking the results
  • Being an effective and impactful Business Partner, delivering effective service & advice to the business, improving efficiency and quality of reporting and processes; addressing ad hoc analysis; ongoing cooperation with the Business
  • You are responsible for the Planning & Control cycle of ING Hubs Poland, which includes budgeting and forecasting.
  • Providing timely and high quality financial management information covering analyses, monthly reporting, monitoring of opportunities and risks
  • Active participation in the development of controlling tools and process automation, including the implementation of integrated IT systems
  • Pro-active approach in recommending changes in processes, seeking opportunities, commenting on trends and addressing risks, proposing and driving actions needed

Information about the team: You will be responsible for managing local
team of six controllers ( expert and specialist positions) working on financial and managerial reporting to local management team and to the ING group, budgeting and forecasting as well as financial consulting (giving advice on
contracts, calculation of valuations, projects calculation). You will also cooperate with finance departments in various countries within the ING and ING Hubs structure.
