DevOps Engineer - Workload Automation



ING Hubs Poland is hiring!

We are looking for you, if:

  • you have experience with maintaining applications on Linux platform (RedHat),

  • you have experience with relational databases (Oracle),

  • you have experience in maintaining and supporting Workload Automation tools (e.g. Universal Automation Center, Control-M, IWS),

  • you have very good communication skills in English (written and oral),

  • you have strong problem-solving skills.

You’ll get extra points for:

  • knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, GIT),

  • knowledge of IaC tools (e.g. Ansible, Terraform),

  • knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Python, Golang),

  • experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana),

  • experience with middleware (e.g. Tomcat,Nginx),

  • experience with container technology  (e.g. Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker),

  • working in an agile environment.

Your responsibilities:

  • maintain and support global ING solution for workload automation service,

  • incidents and requests management,

  • tasks automation, process improvements.

Information about the squad:

For our Global Workload Automation team in Poland, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer, technically passionate, solution-focused and able to contribute to design, maintain and support of a workload automation platform. Global Workload Automation team is a part of ING Private Cloud area of ING.

We are responsible for delivering and maintaining workload automation solution in self-service model for all ING Group units all over the world.

We're highly motivated and stay focused to give our customers fully integrated, compliant and reliable service, to automate their day-to-day activities.

The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Engineer II”.
