IT Integrator - Enterprise Content & Automation

We are looking for you, if:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field,

  • proven track record in an IT environment as a Business Analyst/Consultant,

  • experience in refining and designing features,

  • at least 3 years of proven experience in coordinating complex changes,

  • strong communication and collaboration skills.

You'll get extra points for:

  • advanced degrees or certifications in relevant areas (e.g., Automation Anywhere, AI, RPA),

  • passion for IT and continuous improvement mindset,

  • strong stakeholder management skills.

Your responsibilities:

  • overview of all automations within Intelligent Automation:

    - Maintain a list of all ongoing automations, including their status, objectives and key metrics

    - Identify and mitigate risks to minimize disruptions

    - Keep stakeholders informed about statuses , changesand any issues

  • translate business requirements into features and stories:

    - Break down epics into features with a strong MVP mindset

    - Assign features to relevant teams and lead accurate feature definition and estimation

    - Conduct and review topics like software architecture, workflows, and technical documentation

  • ensure features are delivered:

    - Own the planningand oversee sprints, coordinate work across teams

    - Identify and manage risks and potential issues

    - Manage dependencies for features and epicsacross different teams

Information about the team:

You will be part of a Chapter of IT-Integrators working for the IT-department Enterprise Content & Automation (EC&A) within Tech People & Hubs. Enterprise Content & Automation enables digitalization of ING’s customer journeys through one global content & automation organization. The global areas include Intelligent Automation, Content Delivery, Records Management, and Content Interactions & Signing.

As an IT-Integrator, you will be a key player in bridging IT and Business stakeholders. You will implement effective IT solutions to drive complex changes across Tribes. Your holistic view of Intelligent Automation and your knowledge of Business and IT will help translate business requirements into valuable IT solutions. You will create project plans to break down large tasks into manageable features, ensuring early delivery of customer value. You will define and align roadmaps between squads and manage dependencies and implementation activities. Your success will be based on your strong communication and collaboration skills, your results, and your extensive knowledge of current and future states.

The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be "IT Integrator II”.
