Workday Reporting Specialist with english



ING Hubs Poland is hiring!

We are looking for You if You:

  • have at least 1 year experience in Workday reports development,
  • have knowledge of dashboard creation in Workday,
  • have experience in introducing automation and improvements in the processes,
  • have a data mindset,
  • enjoy working with complex data.

You'll get extra points for:

  • fluent in English (B2/C1),
  • know Excel and can independently work with pivots and/or queries,
  • know ServiceNOW report development possibilities,
  • enjoy working with complex data,
  • know how to collect relevant data to perform meaningful analyses and report,
  • clean up and process raw data, correlate different types of data and can recognize patterns,
  • want to interpret data and make analyses which lead to improved business decisions or better data quality,
  • want to work with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching,
  • see through the data and analyses it to find conclusions.

Your responsibilities:

  • daily deliver reports requested by the business,
  • maintain reporting catalog,
  • participate in global projects such as discovering global needs and preparing global solutions, working on security roles etc.,
  • support the requestors with understanding presented data,
  • cross train with your colleagues.

Workday Reporting Team is focused on delivering the reports to the ING Group all around the world. We provide reports, that help make decisions and manage teams and tasks better. We are currently expanding our scope, therefore we’re looking for innovative fresh members who would bring perspective and new ideas.

The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Data Management Expert II”.
