Start dates: Between July and September 2025

Duration: Minimum of 6 month full time or 10-12 months part time.

Your mission:

You will assist Personal Bankers and clients with:

  • Payment orders
  • CRM activities
  • Managing current accounts (covering debit positions, transfers, foreign exchange transactions)
  • Managing debit and credit cards (issuance, stoppage, searches, etc.)
  • Internet contract management
  • KYT/AML, MiFID & Insurance

Your profile:

  • Master’s student in Finance, Economics, or Marketing
  • Fluent in French and English; additional languages, especially Dutch, are a plus
  • Problem-solving skills: actively participate in brainstorming sessions and understand the issues at hand
  • Analytical skills: comprehend various processes and operational steps
  • Personal skills: strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Time management: prioritize tasks and set priorities in consultation with colleagues
  • Evolution skills: proactive, eager to learn and develop knowledge as per manager’s requests, and able to leverage feedback to acquire new skills
