In order to support our Risk Support Team in the Retail Banking “Risk” line, we are looking for an RST Support Officer trainee (m/f) to strengthen our teams. This internship is for a period of 6 months to 1 year, starting in May 2025.

Your mission:


As a trainee RST Support Officer (m/f), you will discover, among other things, the banking vision of the activity consisting of the regularization of customers with unauthorized overruns on our books. Your main tasks will be to
- Ensuring a high quality telephone service for customers contacting us as part of the processing of their file, and for bank colleagues.
- Analyze the situation of customers within the framework of the files for which we are responsible and take the necessary action.
- Handle returned mail in the broadest sense (customer replies, mail returned by post, etc.).
- Ensure the proper execution of all administrative and/or operational tasks required for the smooth running of the department.
- Provide “day to day banking” support to the team.

Your profile:


Knowledge and experience:
- Bac+4/5 with an economic or financial orientation.
- A first experience in the financial sector will be considered as an asset.
  Skills :
- Excellent interpersonal and commercial skills.
- Genuine interest in the world of financial institutions and companies.
- Autonomy and proactivity.
- Thoroughness.
- Proficiency in IT and office automation tools, in particular Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet.
 Languages :
- Oral and written mastery of French and English essential.
- Fluency in any other Community language (Luxembourgish, Dutch, German, etc.) will be considered an asset.
